BEIJING-- The high-performance, low-cost artificial intelligence model launched just recently by Chinese startup DeepSeek has created a wave of attention around the world. DeepSeek-R1 appears to offer efficiency that rivals alternatives from the U.S., 35.237.164.2 but the company states it was at less than a tenth of the cost of those designs. Chinese innovation news portal 36Kr spoke with the company's founder, wiki.whenparked.com Liang Wenfeng, in July 2024.
